Our team of experts supports our global customer base from offices in Dublin, New Delhi (Gurgaon), Singapore, and Dallas.
Responsibilities and Impact:
• The product specialist provides support and consultancy services to our clients to resolve software and data issues.
• The Client Experience team works directly with clients, product engineering, business analysis and DBA teams to ensure that any issues raised are resolved in a satisfactory manner.
• Issues to be resolved are typically quite complex and require detailed investigation.
• Work with colleagues and external partners for issues that require escalation and manage the issue through to resolution.
• Keep up to date with new features and functionality enhancements in the applications being supported.
• Assist in requirements gathering and the delivery of Change Requests.
• Assist in the preparation of specification documents, business requirements, and impact assessments. Compensation/Benefits Information : (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $ 107,000 to $ 175,000 . Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

Basic Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business or technology. Relevant experience of 10+ years is required
• Knowledge of capital market, corporate action, and trade processing is a must
• Experience in issue troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Ability to read and analyze application log files
• Sound Technical and analytical skills
• Excellent problem-solving Skills
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated, proactive work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A proven ability to work effectively as part of a team Additional Preferred Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of the change management process
